Yippee!!!!!!

Boy oh boy, sure is something else to sort and pack and sort and whew, can't believe this. My brain feels like it's fried, umm or scrambled or maybe poached. LOL I ordered a beautiful Nikon Digital SLR camera , using my airmiles last Thursday, received an email today saying it was on it's way, I was excited. We are northern Manitoba, things mailed to us from Ontario usually takes 10 days (from family in sudbury), welllllll, this white van pulled up in the driveway and I saw and said to hubby yippee it's here... and yes folks, it only took 6th days to get it... Now I'm really excited, reading and reading, need to put the program on comp. so I can go through the tutorials and also learning from Denise is great... tomorrow will be hectic but will make every effort to get few minutes to play ....hehe... soooo to picture of it with the fuji digital and will pass this one on to hubby, umm maybe he'll take up some hobby , not...hehe...here is the camera. Also went to a good walk tonight with friend Denise, and of course the mosquitoes had a good meal from us, hehe...have to remember to put on bug spray or something any suggestions other than pesticide??? let me know and I'll be more than happy to give it a shot, maybe that email someone sent me , using listerine??I'll smell good hehe.....nite , Ciao, Salute, bonsoir mes amis and Good night John boy,,,,,lol

Dear oh Dear, busy bee is me..lol,,, just a few notes today... sure was busy and time flew by so quickly it was almost like a blurrrrr LOL..., Trying to get things organized, yep again and more and more...has anyone thought their household was good and organized and well,, thinking nothing of adding to your things.lol... I didn't know how much we accumulated over the years and finding things I forgot we had and I guess we probably shouldn't have bought because never used it...I'm sure I'm not alone....Boy need to remind myself when going shopping to stop and ask if we need it or want it....oh well hubby wants another yard sale end of month and Whew I think we have enough to get rid of and yes I did say not again..hopefully not but well see...LOL SOOOO no sewing today but hoping to get some in tomorrow in between packing again...,... til tomorrow...God night Gracies (hehe) had to say that,,, Ciao, Salute, and of course Nighty nite...

Well, chilly day, is it July or??? umm, shouldn't complain though, could be worse LOL. Well today was Dave's (hubby) and Phillip's birthday, yep 27 years ago I gave Dave a very expensive gift, a son (3rd child, other 2 are girls) hehe... Dave is now 55 woohoo he's now officially a senior... I'm not moving to his level for quite a few years yet.... Anyways, went for a short visit with another quilting and gardening, creative friend Jan... she has wonderful gardens and her hubby has a beautiful pond.... wow great people.. Wanted to go for a great walk with Denise but thought the weather was lousy, the wind was gusting and was sure that we would get dump (rain) on... We did however had a little celebration for the boys.....Happy Birthday buddies.......Love Me..Oh, ps: made another little bag (thanks to Denise's little give away , pretty fabric) just couldn't resist today..lol Thanks again...

Beautiful day today, woke up to sunshine, a little breeze and wow, what else could you want...Went for a nice walk with a few great ladies, Denise, Donna and Diana, hummm all D's hehe,,, was a nice time...In between did some cutting and sewing, and yes it was another bag, this bag is a "grab bag" I got this pattern months ago on line at http://www.allpeoplequilt.com/ What fun it is to do something different...lol I'm also in training mode for this photo program, pretty neat stuff you can do with your photos..lol ...anyhoot blogging late and here's pics of this grab bag...ttyl...Talk to you later. Alright, I didn't blog last night, went for a nice walk with Denise on the old Burntwood River road, when we got to the end to turn around, the horse flies and mosquitoes were trying to have supper..lol itchy itchy..Later went to D's place, she was teaching me how to do some neat things on this photo program she has. I have a similar program but not as big as her's and boy can it do a lot of great, neat, wow, things with you photos...anyhow had to play somewhat, with it today and whew, need to go and watch some of the video tutorials on the program...basis stuff for now....lol...I also finished another bag...lol and also made a cute little baggy thingy but small, was supposed to be a little bigger but, oh well, will find use or someone to give to...LOL... here's some pics and (shhhh) I've found another bag to make tomorrow...LOL....how many, hum, not sure, they might be gifts or maybe keep one or LOL..... ciao, bonsoir, good night and have fun...

Great day, relaxing. Woohoo, finished the tote. Not bad for guesstimating the size etc... I may add a few little touches of my own, ummm will evaluate what I need on it, in it LOL...Now just finished cutting another one. Not sure who will get this, but need to make more hehe also made a few identifier tags cool... All in all, today for me was great... went again for a nice brisk walk with Denise, we started in the millennium trail and had to leave it and walk around town, the horse flies were really bad and few mosquitoes were having supper......but was great re-energizer. thanks again D..... Also for the tribute plane, I'm still working on getting the whole scoop on this, might be next week before I blog it's history, but I will do it for sure.....My big WOOHOO ,,,exited, and now, just have to wait a bit (oh, need patience)hehe, I ordered a Nikon D40 Kit (SLR) using my airmiles (camera) will take great pic.....For now Ciao, Adios, Good Night, Bons soir mes amis..........

Fireworks

Ok, we weren't going to go there LOL as if...My daughter called last night and asked if we were going to the fireworks for Canada Day.. I said well,,,,, not sure...she asked us to pick her and the boys up so we could all go see this.. Of course I'm a softy right,,,yep we went to the fireworks...they didn't start til 11:05pm, as I said before, the sun doesn't quite go down early here and dusk is well,,,,ummm light dusk. When they did start, we just laughed so hard at the little guy and also the other DJ...Chase kept saying "OH PRETTY BUBBLES" he then tried to blow on them, and pointing his little finger and tried to pop them he'd say.. DJ was just in awe, and kept saying wow, great fireworks....sooo I'm sure happy we went, we enjoyed more watching the kids than watching the works......Today I did some weeding in the front flower beds and then went for a nice long walk with Denise..wheew, that was good and felt great, thanks Denise... Also went down and did more of this Chelsea Tote from http://www.kayewoodtv.com/ktv.html (on the right hand lower side click on bar that says " video list" scroll down to Chelsea tote...very cute) I should have this finished tomorrow then I can take pics and maybe select great fabric to make a few more LOL (once I know what I'm doing hehe)........so here's some pictures and happy quilting to Ya All EH!.....PS: I will put a little something together regarding the plane in the next few days...
